Trinity Yoga Dansville, owned and operated by Linda McLaughlin RYT-200, opened Tuesday October 31st, 2023, at 10160 Sandy Hill Road in Dansville, NY. It is Linda's goal to provide a safe, welcoming, inclusive space where all individuals can nurture not only their body, but mind and spirit.

Trinity Yoga Dansville

Trinity Yoga is home to Phases of Healing's treatment space and many of our workshops are held here. We also offer collaborations like Restorative Yoga with Energy Healing and Astrology and Yoga sessions for the solstices and equinoxes. On Sundays you can typically find me on the mat, enjoying a yin yoga class.

Sacred Euphony

Carrie Cusker has been called to heal others throughout her life. As a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Empath, she has witnessed first-hand the healing effects of music - especially when combined with energy work. After attending her first sound bath, Carrie became curious about the science behind sound and vibrational healing which led to a Certification as an Expert level Sound Healer. Blending her scientific knowledge and spiritual guidance, Carrie creates individualized sound experiences that promote harmony and balance - bringing all systems in the body out of dissonance and back into resonance.

Carrie and I collaborate on sound and energy healing sessions and sound journeys with guided meditation.

Rooted in Love - Group Self-Care Experience

Join us for a heart-centered experience designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit through creativity, intention, and deep rest. We’ll begin with a creative self-care ritual, crafting heart-shaped affirmation boxes filled with intentional affirmations that support grounding, confidence, and self-compassion. Once everyone has had time to create their box and affirmations, you’ll be invited to fully relax into a 30 minute restorative sound bath and energy healing experience focused on the heart and root chakras. Gentle frequencies and intentional energy work will support emotional balance, grounding, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Scent and Stone Holistic Energies is a wellness center and store located in Geneseo, NY. Their intention is to bring healing and balance to the 'Whole Individual' through healing services and their Scent & Stone Aromatherapy Crystal Meditation products. Owner, Jesse Fires, is working to create a metaphysical community in her space.

Phases of Healing participates in the festivals, psychic fairs and other collaborative events hosted by Scent&Stone.

Ohana Anam Cara

Ohana means family. Anam Cara is an ancient Celtic saying and belief that through our lives we have Soul Friends. Just like we have a genetic link to our family, we have a soul tie to sould friends. Together, Ohana Anam Cara means the Family of Soul Friends. Gretchen, owner of Ohana Anam Cara, is a self-identified Alchemist. As an Alchemist, she shows you the potential in the energy around you and how this energy can be used to support positive changes.
